Concept

Since the outbreak of COVID-19, the healthcare industry has grown at an exponential rate, and technological advancement is hastening the industry’s transformation. However, getting a doctor’s appointment and waiting in a long line at a doctors’ clinic can be frustrating at times. With technology in our hands in the form of mobile phones and tablets, it will be easier and more convenient for everyone to consult doctors online. To overcome these challenges, Vision Connect took on this project and created a Doctor’s consultation app.

Problem Statement

I chose two user groups for this project: doctors and patients. Doctors struggle to manage their appointments, and patients struggle to reach doctors and must wait in longer lines.

Anyone can use this app to book an appointment quickly. Patients can search for the right doctor by speciality, symptoms, and location, as well as check the doctor’s available time slots and book instantly, eliminating the need to wait in long lines and making it easier and faster to reach doctors. Text checkups and online video consultations are also available. Doctors can also use it to schedule appointments and save time.
